EAW Impact

Lower debt, higher completion rates, marketable skills, increased confidence, pipeline to quality first post-graduation job, and an accelerated career path.

Over the past decade, EAW has provided more than $100 million in salaries and tuition assistance to 8,100 students across four states. We believe that every student deserves the same opportunity to reach their full potential. With hundreds of student-employees on campuses across the country, we’re proving we have a model that can help them get there. Today, we are poised for growth and hope to serve many more students, employers, and universities across the country.

Click on each picture below to see how we impact student success, our clients, and university partners. It’s a privilege to be able to do such important work. As EAW begins its second decade of service, we hope our impact results provides inspiration and ideas for how we can continue to work together to make a difference.

EAW student graduates were more likely to be working full-time and less likely to be unemployed than peers in the local comparison sample or national comparison sample.
