Over the past decade, each senior leader and many of our floor managers have had direct contact center experience in a variety of key industry verticals for some of the most well-known Fortune 500 brands.
Jaime carries the operating responsibility for Education at Work and all of its business functions. With an overall experience of 30 years, he has recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for a leading BPO provider, where he led the global transformation of the company's core business resulting in Operational and IT excellence. Prior to that, he worked with the Citi Group for sixteen years as the Managing Director of Global Customer Service and Client Delivery for call centers across the US, South America, and Europe as well as Asia including China, The Philippines and India.
Jaime is a visionary leader with a proven ability to create a high-tempo, customer-centric culture. His leadership style promotes inclusion and transparency, giving everyone a voice at the table and promoting shared success. Jaime is known for his ability to balance a high-level strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. People are his number one focus and he is highly respected in the industry for his integrity, compassion, innovation, and leadership intuition.
Chief Development Officer
Tanya’s role is to market, build, sustain and grow the client and university-base for Education at Work. She is responsible for building strong relationships with existing client partners, while seeking new partners who want to leverage the power of our students to fulfill their overall customer service mission.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Kim is responsible for all information technology and IT infrastructure at EAW. He and his team are also responsible for information security and for facilitating the build out of new campus locations. In addition to leading our technology efforts, Kim also has responsibility for managing the facilities at our headquarters and all campus locations.
Senior Vice President of University Partnerships and Student Success
As Vice President of University & Foundation Partnerships, Scott leads the effort for Education at Work to develop relationships with current university partners, secure new partnerships for future campus locations and fund raising with potential philanthropic partners. His work allows universities and foundations alike to partner with and benefit from our model.
Senior Vice President of Operations
As the 6th employee hired at EAW, Tim has witnessed an incredible evolution over the past seven years. As Senior VP of Operations, Tim utilizes his fifteen years of progressive contact center management experience to ensure client success and our student centered culture maintain a perfect balance.
Vice President of Human Resources
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Eric is responsible for defining and implementing a student-centered work community. In addition to supporting our students from hiring through graduation, Eric also manages all human resource activities from policy creation and administration through strategic planning.
Vice President of Financial Analysis, Strada Education Network
As Vice President, Financial Analysis, Anne directs the annual budget and planning process as well as the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting process. She provides financial reporting and assists in corporate finance and strategic planning and implementation.
