Support Education at Work, student debt crisis

Build Brighter Futures

For every 250 positions we create, an annual impact of $2.5 million in wages and $800,000 in tuition assistance is made.

At the heart of who we are is a mission to reduce student debt and increase professional skills in college students across the US. While the vast majority of our funding comes from our clients, we do require additional support from foundations and philanthropic organizations.

The financial support that we receive allows us to not only stay competitive in the marketplace, but also to provide students with an irreplaceable experience. The areas in which we seek funding include:

Tuition Assistance

Contribute to our variety of tuition assistance initiatives such as the tuition assistance general fund or tuition assistance funds geared toward priority populations such as first-generation students, students of color, and first-year/transfer students.

Student Support

Our student-employees benefit from support services such as career-readiness programs, learning management technology, certification, and credentialing.

Buildout

Every on-campus center buildout requires new technology and infrastructure development that is customized to fit the needs of our university and business partners.

Where We Are Headed

In 2018, we are looking to triple our size with the addition of three new campus contact centers. These centers will create 1,200 new positions for students, and provide a $14.1 million financial impact each year.
