Tis the season to be jolly as Education at Work (EAW) presents Tuition Assistance (TA) to our student-employees! This year we are celebrating early by giving you a sneak peek into our EAW workshop. Our team of Elves have been rocking around the clock to spread a little holiday magic to our hard working students. TA season is the time to reflect on those who bring joy to the world of financial assistance! We’re making spirits bright by highlighting the teams here at EAW that joy to world by helping students avoid debt!
Our EAW Workshop is staffed with joyful, experienced professionals who are quick and nimble to deliver TA with care. We made our list and checked it twice, and are showcasing the following teams who support our mission in eliminating student debt.
Let’s begin with our Training Elves who teach our students through experiential learning, and help to build career-ready skills. Thanks to our Training Elves, students are well prepared to become excellent customer support representatives when they begin their positions at EAW.
Next, our Supervisor Elves support students by setting them up for success both academically and professionally with goals oriented to achieving all criteria needed for the highest TA awards!
Our Workforce Management Elves ensure that students are supported by prioritizing their school schedules; this allows our students to spend more time studying and obtaining higher grades in their classes resulting in a higher TA award!
Then there are our Mission Elves that help create a positive environment at all EAW centers, both campus and client centric! They encourage students to live by the four EAW values: bring it, own it, live it and dream it.
Last, but certainly not least, our HR Elves help process the hundreds of TA applications we receive. As student’s letters flood our workshop the team works vigorously to award them for their hard work each semester!
Near the end of their semester, EAW student-employees anxiously await TA season while settling their brains after a long finals week. Scary visions of high tuition cost dance in their heads, while our EAW Workshop puts their student debt to bed! When what to their wondering eyes should appear, but a TA reimbursement with four figures ringing with cheer!
