The partnerships with universities provide unparalleled access to the student population to meet business and future talent pipeline needs. While positions are open to the entire campus community, EAW works with their university partners to ensure they target recruiting initiatives toward students in financial need – often underserved student populations including first-generation college students.

Arizona State University
In 2016, EAW partnered with ASU, one of the largest U.S. public universities by enrollment and one of the most innovative universities, ranked No. 1 in innovation by the U.S. World and News for six years in a row.
EAW doubled their growth in Arizona in four years. In 2019, they moved into a new center near ASU's Tempe campus in order to support continued growth.
Programs are built to fit the needs of clients – currently, EAW has operations near ASU’s campus. EAW also provides clients with the opportunity to build on-site programs in downtown Tempe.
Northern Kentucky University
Cincinnati, Ohio is one of EAW’s oldest locations where their longest-tenured financial services client continues to realize the value proposition created as a result of the unmatched talent pipelines created.
EAW has partnered with NKU, a major metropolitan university located seven minutes south of downtown Cincinnati. The University of Utah
EAW partnered with UofU in 2017. Quickly, the workforce in Utah surpassed client expectations in several key metrics. This led to rapid growth as clients expanded their programs with EAW.
Partnering with UofU gave EAW access to students in the well-regarded David Eccles School of Business. EAW worked closely with the university and David Eccles School of Business to recruit high-performing students into their programs.
