Elizabeth Woosley

Vice President, Operations,

Elizabeth has brought over a decade of experience in Education and Profit Management as Vice President of Operations for the Cincinnati region at EAW. On a day-to-day basis, she is responsible for overseeing a team of 150 employees nationwide spread across three of EAW’s outsourcing clients. Elizabeth recruits new, high-achieving students to the EAW program and ensures that students succeed and thrive in pursuit of their degrees through her coaching and mentorship.


She began as the Director of Education for a religious school in which she wrote curriculum and hired and supervised faculty, budgets, special programming, resource referral, and staffing committees. Elizabeth then worked for a religious federation in which she implemented Social Service programming to underserved communities and exceeded goals for educational program enrollment, community engagement, and marketing outreach as a Social Service Program Coordinator and Community Educator respectfully.


Elizabeth has aligned her passion for the EAW mission to help students be professionally prepared and hired by the time they graduate university. She and the rest of the team are thrilled to watch their students grow and thrive through EAW facilitation between them and our clients.
