As Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Growth, Scott leads the development and execution of strategy to expand organizational reach and impact through the development of new and existing relationships with business, university, and philanthropic partners.

After Scott obtained his master’s in educational leadership and administration – and before EAW, he worked in higher education for close to ten years in campus-based leadership positions. He created campus wide trainings and academic curriculum focused on leadership development and creating retention programs for underserved student populations. Scott was first brought into EAW to help build a student-centered model has excelled throughout his decade of experience in cultivating new relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

As a former first-generation student, Scott understands first-hand the importance of the EAW mission and is grateful for working within an organization that allows him to blend his personal passion for higher education and professional strengths together.  Scott advances the EAW mission by prioritizing student success and putting his energy towards encouraging and challenging others to achieve their highest potential.
